Great Quality & Perfect for Home Workouts
I’ve been using the Boldfit resistance bands for a while now, and they’ve honestly made my home workouts so much better. Not very reliable, blue strap broke rather quick. Size is adequate. Useful for a lot of lower body and upper body workouts easily and comfortably.

The band broke within a month when my 64 year old mom was using it, hardly used 4 times. No option to return, replace or contact customer service. Dissapointed.
