Loud and easy to use.

Easily attached and carried. A nice safety device whether the worry is animal or human. We tested it in the yard. It grows louder the longer the device is open, shuts off immediately when put back together. I gave one to my 13YO nephew to attach to his backpack.

I bought the Thopeb personal safety alarm while I was training to become an Amazon delivery driver. Since drivers can’t carry weapons, I wanted something that could help me feel a little more secure while out on deliveries. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and simple to activate when needed. Thankfully I haven’t had to use it in an emergency, but it definitely gave me extra peace of mind. A great safety item to keep on hand.

This product is small and handy to use in an effort to call for attention and hopefully assistance. It can be used at any time or any place where there are others who could hear the alarm and/or see the flashing light. That said, the information provided with the product is not very helpful in figuring out how to use it or in changing the batteries if necessary. The instruction to use it is, "To activate the alarm, pull out the pin." Well, where's the pin? Likewise, "To stop the alarm (the instruction is) simply insert the pin back into the device." This assumes you've found the pin and can find where the pin is to be returned. Removing the cover for access to the batteries is not illustrated either, but there is a notch on one side where a coin could be used to pry the cover off. For situations where the user is not sufficiently dexterous, assistance from another may be necessary. For a goal of helping others with safety, the manufacturers and/ or the distributors have missed their mark. The unit is fine, but getting it to the intended beneficiaries isn't a little less straight forward.

Got this for a young woman going to college. She keeps it on her keychain and says it’s very loud. Hasn’t had to use it thankfully, but it is loud enough that it hopefully will do the job.

While I have not fortunately needed to use this, it is clamped to the “O” ring on my purse handle and can easily be pulled if needed. It does provide a sense of security, and based on the stories of others, I am very glad I have it. It easily clipped to my purse and is ready for use. The design is subtle and it is the color of my purse, so it doesn’t advertise itself. A great value for the money and I hope I never need to use it!

Smaller than I thought which is great. Not as loud as I imagined but I’m sure it will still do the job just in case.

Der persönliche Alarm ist klein, leicht und lässt sich gut am Schlüsselbund oder in der Tasche tragen. Besonders positiv ist, dass er im Notfall sehr laut auslöst und dadurch schnell Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen kann. Die Bedienung ist einfach und funktioniert auch unter Stress ohne komplizierte Handgriffe. Praktisch ist das Gefühl von zusätzlicher Sicherheit im Alltag, vor allem unterwegs oder abends. Allerdings ersetzt das Gerät natürlich keine echte Sicherheitsstrategie, sondern dient eher als ergänzender Schutz.

Smart. Not too big. Well made. Very loud and the light is extremely bright. Bought because the streets don't feel safe. Hope I never have to use. Easy to use. Good price.

Eu fiz o teste e achei o som bem alto. Espero não precisar usar, mas se precisar eu sei que ele fará diferença, ao menos para assustar quem se aproxima.
