Yoga Mat Towel, Multicolor

Really great addition to my yoga gear--I use this whenever I go to hot yoga classes. I am a heavy sweater & this baby sops it all up &keeps me from lying in a puddle. The non skid dots work their magic, no bunching or anything, stays put perfectly. I've washed it already & no fading issues or shrinking (but I dried it on low heat, just in case). I used it right out of the box without washing first & no issues with the dye getting on my skin (the instructions warn you, but I didn't listen...!)

Great for hot yoga (bikram and baptiste) when you are sweating. This can be slippery in the beginning if you are not wet. I usually spray water where my hands and feet go. I love the color. Easy to fit in my luggage when travelling and not wanting to get my face on hotel mats. The label recommends washing twice before mixing with other colors. I did not have any issues with colors bleeding.

(Review of Sunburst Orange Version)---> I like how the tiedyed versions of this towel camoflage any sweat puddles you may be creating during a hot yoga class. I purchased my first Yogitoes towel and have used it a few times. I like the surface-feel and grip it has on my yoga mat. I like that it is thinner than a beach towel an you can fit alot of them in the washer at once. Plus, it doesn't need to be put in the dryer, I can hang it to air dry in my house and it dries within hours. This will save alot of $$ on laundry overtime since I do hot yoga 4-5 days a week, and doing loads of towels really adds up quickly.But...I wish I had heeded the advice of the manufacturer and others and pre-washed. WIthout washing the dark orange dye bled onto my yoga mat a bit. I think it's really dumb that the manufacturer requires you to do WORK the minute you get this product home before you use it, so I docked 1 star for that reason. At this price, the product should arrive ready-to-use!!

Yes! it's Groovy! not only does it cover my mat perfectly and does not move, It soaks up all that sweat from a hot yoga class.The sweaty yoga smells wash out entirely...I have two of them and will never use regular towels again. Thanks Yogitoes! your biggest fan, Lisa LaBounty Graham

Totally slide on this towel. It's only good for Still practices, not a power flow practice.

I do hot yoga classes about 5-6 times a week and always slip on my mat. I bought other yoga towels (YogaRat and Gaiam) in the past but I always wondered if the little plastic nubed yoga towels everyone has at my studio was really worth the price. I waiting to buy this towel until it was on sale for $29.99, even then it's more expensive than the other towels I have. Bottom line, it works just like any of my other towels, although the Gaiam sucks, but that's besides the point. Compared to the YogaRat towel it's no better. However, it is WORSE than any of my other towels in the sense that it SMELLS funky all the time. It has held a stench like crazy since the first time I used it, even after multiple washings. None of my other yoga towels or clothes have this problem. The second I start to sweat on it I can instantly smell the sick sweat/patchouli like scent that makes me super self conscious during the entire class. I am going to try to wash it with baking soda and vinegar as some people have suggested but it's really kind of gross and I would not suggest spending more than $30 for it.

I love this towel and I think it's well worth the price. It's soft and absorbs all my sweat (I sweat a lot doing vinyasa and ashtanga) and keeps me from slipping. I get compliments on it all the time.

Grippy and haven't experienced any colour bleeding. A touch small for my prana eco mat, but not a big deal. Washes well. I always hang to dry.

My favourite yoga towel! Doesn't required water to hold in place. Truly slip resistant

Yogitoes did a good job with this towel in how it has the rubber dots on the floor side to prevent rippling and folding of the towel while practices yoga; on the down side the littles dots take some getting use to when doing such moves where your hands connect with your mat and towel, definitely an odd feeling. The yogitoes towel does fine in the wash as long as you avoid the dryer and it can be a little slippery but not horrendously bad like a regular house towel in a warm to hot yoga setting. I wouldn't say this product is worth the full $65.00 some companies sell it for but amazons price is very reasonable for what your getting.

It was exactly how I thought it was going to be and the best part was that it shipped to me in 4 days. I couldn't believe it was so fast.
