Wasn't great but wasn't aweful. The controls were a little glitchy on my end and you would have to know the series before you played the game but all in all not a bad game

This is the PAL version of the game - DLC bought from the US PSN will not work with it. BE AWARE!
As a fan of Fairy Tail, I put this listing for the game on my wish list since it was labeled as Amazon's Choice. A friend then got it for me as a birthday present. I understood that this was the PAL version by the PEGI rating on the box (which is a foreign version of the ESRB rating system). I knew it wouldn't be a problem to play on my PS4 since it doesn't region lock games, however, I then purchased the Season Pass DLC for the game from the US based PSN and none of it registers with this version of the game. The game does play just fine, it just isn't recognized as the application associated with the DLC I bought. Be aware that any DLC purchased from the US PSN will not work with the PAL version of this game!

This game is wonderful. It really makes me feel I'm playing the anime. I received the game sealed with a hand written note saying thank you from Concino, the first time I've had this happen and I felt valued. I bought it from Amazon as it is almost £20 cheaper than the PSN but I would have happily paid the full price as like I said it's such a wonderful game and worth the price tag. Delivery came very quickly almost two days early. Very happy with this product. I would highly recommend for those who are fans and those who just love RPGs.

Great Game, engaging storyline and I love the battling system (a classic RPG turn-based combat - my favourite). I actually haven't seen any of the anime but I will definitely go back and watch it now. I got this game because it looked nice and I was looking for an RPG to entertain me. The graphics are good, the battle mechanics improve as it goes (to give you powerful chain attacks) and the story really has me hooked. I'm just at the Magic Games section and I'm enjoying the challenge.
