They are very good. The seeds seem to stick to my teeth but a glass of water washes them away. They have many health benefits! They can easily be used in cereal & yoghurt!

These chia seeds are great. They do just what chia seeds should do. I think they are better than others because they don't need a ton of liquid to make them grow the bubble around them. I put them in a carton of yogurt and don't need to add extra almond milk or anything else. They don't cause stomach upset like other chia seeds. I think it's probably because they are organic. It's truly a great deal on them with a good price from Amazon. The protein content is good and they don't have a horrible smell like most chia seeds.
