Bic Accountant Fine Point Pen , Dozen, BICAF11BK

I held off years to buy the 12-pack of the BiC Accountant Fine PT. black ink pens because of the cost. I finally read many reviews and they were excellent. I purchased it. I am totally pleased by the improved writing quality compared to decades ago!!! The ink runs perfectly and no skipping and no blotching on the paper. It writes phenomenally on the special paper I get from Staples. I use Premium Color Laser & Copier Paper; 98 Bright; 32 pound sheets. It is very addictive to want to write with this Accountant Fine PT. pen! The nostalgia is high too - always the great pen even at the earliest days - 49 cents back then. I love the feel of the white plastic shaft and the pocket clip is heritage in itself! The little BiC Writing Boy logo reminds me of the quality BiC has placed in this product. Although they no longer produce the product I thank AMAZON Staff for maintaining the offer of this. The $50+ I paid vs. the 49 cents per pen back years ago is high - but these are superb and will last years for me. I do continue to use the BiC Cristal pens a lot as well - but the "feel" of this quality, nostalgic writing instrument is addictive!

I personally think if all of us, and all of our friends and connections, decide that this is a great pen and to bring it back. I would hope that BIC would heed the demand. So I personally am going to start writing to BIC and reaching out to them. I would ask for you all to join me in writing to BIC as well

I love these pens - I am a writer and preferred them over all others - but they are almost impossible to fine anymore in office supply stores. Thankfully, Amazon carries them and I am, once again, a happy writer: clean lines, no globs of ink on the page as you write, and the writing doesn't smear or fade over time.

Very fine point which might be important to some. But not especially great for checkbooks. Fountain pen users were looking for a pen with no bleed-through. This satisfies that but I'd rather use a Uniball Signo 207. It's smoother, easier to see, and also permanent so you can write your checks with it. For myself, I just use a fountain pen and write on every other page. Still, if you want a superfine point you might prefer this.

I love these pens. I got them at work several years ago but could not find them when I needed to get some more. I was reluctant to pay the cost for these pens, but took the plunge and was glad I did. These pens write smoothly, they don't clump or leave ink globs. The fine point is great for detail work but I use them for everything. I honestly think they make my handwriting better. And you can trust The Pen Showcase to deliver as promised.

I always like these type of pen but I can t find and of the same in Red Ink or blue of the Accountant s fine point Type

I love these pens in general, but the pens I received do not work.

Total garbage. None of them write more than 20 words. These were very expensive. Should have tried them before the return window expired but who knew?
