I have three knives from this company that I use daily as a professional chef, they're incredibly sharp, hold an edge well and just all round beautiful, would highly recommend.

It’s a lovely knife, the blade shape is practical and the Damascus steel is nicely veined with varying degrees of carbon and colour. The weighting makes it easy to use, there is good balance and it is not too heavy. It is still sharp after six months of daily use. It dices dense veg such as turnip easily. Would buy this knife again without a second thought.

This knife is absolutely fabulous!!! Not only is it beautiful!! It is razor sharp and makes all tasks so much safer and easier!

Excellent knife. Food preparation is much easier and quicker and better results. Buying cheap is always a mistake, it is well worth paying extra for this kind of quality. I would like to see a 80 to 90 mm paring knife of the same quality.

Good product, I even bought the rest of the set however after 2 months the handle has broken, is there anyway of getting a replacement for this item
