I believe you just get the adapter. I purchased a usb for extension cable so that I could Velcro the link not to the side of the computer. That way I didn’t have the unit sticking out. I was afraid it would get bumped and would break off. It works great. Both my kids PC’s have them without any issues.

Works with Windows 11?

Very easy. Flllow the steps below: 1. Please make sure the Driver on PC has been Updated. 2. Turn on your PC and sign in. 3. Plug the wireless adapter into the USB slot on pc. 4. Press and hold Pair button on the adapter for 2-3s, and the light of adapter starts to flash slowly. (If it does not flash, you may need to install a driver for your PC.) 5. Press the HOME button on the controller. 6. The light of the HOME button will flash 3-5s and then keeps on. If the controller keep flashing, you need to press the Pairing Button on the controller, and then they will be connected. Status on Receiver Indicators: 1. When Pairing: the light flashes slowly. 2. Once Pairing: 1) The light flashes for 10s and then keeps on (Wireless Mode). 2) The light turns off (Wired Mode).

Does it work if i adapt it to my smart TV?
