X-ACTO...quality hobby knife

Works as expected, the cap and extra blades at the price point was appreciated ☺️

This is the only cutting knife that i like to use.

The construction of the knife is solid and the blades it came with are as sharp as they're supposed to be. It feels nice in the hand and the cap it comes with does a great job keeping the blade covered. I mostly use this for cutting off random bits from things - like trimming the plastic on the connectors I got for my earphones or cutting foam to use as padding - so I haven't done much crafting yet, but my experience tells me it will perform well. Overall, it does exactly what it should.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this product does NOT come with a safety cap. There are other similar knives for sale that include a cap, but they only come with a single blade whereas this package comes with 3 extra spares. I'd rather have the spare blades than a safety cap, so I bought this product. I decided to keep the knife in the original packaging. Using scissors, I cut thru the cardboard to open the plastic at the bottom of the knife. There is an indentation in the plastic (note the blue circle in the pic) that holds it in the tube. If you are very cautious, add a piece of tape on the bottom when not in use. The blade is sharp, and cuts just as I would expect.

Im Prinzip super, manchmal löst sich allerdings die Klinge, wenn man zu sehr herumfuhrwerkt.
