Used this to clean my helix ear piercings, and it was perfection. Went through a couple bottles bc it took forever to heal. The spray is cooling cleansing. I found this so much better, and longer lasting than the 'wound wash' stuff you can buy.

Great product been using it for years. Really helps if you feel a cold coming on or even just day-to-day use when needed.

Not as good as a Neto pot but better than nothing.

This is an excellent product. I’ve used a Netty pot and other things and this clears out the drainage in the back of your throat without making you feel like you’re drowning. They have a real winner in this product. Doesn’t burn and is consistent. Very good value for the money.

I've been using a small pump saline nasal cleanser and it worked OK. Then I saw the Vicks advertised and decided to give it a try. It is much better and helps keep my sinuses much clearer with its fine aerosol mist.

I use this daily for my bad sinuses every night before bedtime. I have a navage, but that actually gives me fluid in my ears and makes me dizzy for weeks on end, so I can’t use that device. This saline spray helps clear out my sinuses so I can sleep better at night and is safer for me to use, no fluid in my ears.
