The device does not come with a power plug. The only instructions for power setup is a diagram people like myself cannot understand. I cannot find any videos or simple instructions on the internet to aid in connecting the wires to power or access control, nor what object to connect them to in the first place. The seller needs to explicitly disclose the lack of proper equipment being sold with this product to use it. I requested a refund and return the same day it arrived because of this.

Works as advertised, needs better instructions, some of the setup options do not convert to English and stay in Chinese, it does however have internal memory with battery backup so programming is retained if power supply is removed. I don't recall seeing that stated in the description and its not listed in the manual.

Attendance reports are useless The unit does keeps track of the scans just have to download the file and go through the logs Keeps track of the time so it does what I needed I think it's overpriced but I haven't found any better options I'll see how long the unit lasts I don't see getting a long-term use out of it Not made with quality or durability in mind

Returned this product within the first day you had a buy all this extra stuff to make it even work not worth it would not be again

Die Produktbeschreibung ist mangelhaft, es geht nicht hervor, dass man eine 12V DC Stromquelle separat zusätzlich kaufen muss. Die beigelegte Anleitung ist nur in rudimentärem Englisch und sehr knapp gehalten. Bei der Eingabe der Zeiten ist nicht ersichtlich, ob Ein- oder Ausstempeln.

looks daunting at first as you have to wire it up but a kid could do it. instructions easy to follow. had a little trouble with downloading information but seller was very helpful people moan about no power supply but it does state in the advert no power supply .
