Some of the reviews indicate only getting the puller with this purchase...do you get the breaker and the puller together or not?

Yes the puller and breaker came as a set. I didn't use the puller-holder yet but the chain breaker works great. I've used it on #40 chain and also on #35 chain and both times it did the job well.
