Will the asus geforce gtx 1080 graphics card fit inside with a basic corsair liquid cooler in the front?

Yes, it will fit. My 1070 has about 3-5cm of space between it and my front-mounted Corsair H100i v2 radiator. I did however run into an issue front-mounting my radiator where I had to mount the pump upside-down in order to accommodate the coolant pipes.

Will it fit a 240mm radiator like the H100i v2?

does this have room for an internal optical drive?

The 600c has two drive bays. The 400c does not.
