I don't do weight loss pills, and I stay away from pharmaceuticals as much as possible..with that said, I needed a prebiotic to help with maintaining my weight and found this a couple of years ago. I've kept it as part of my daily supplements and wouldn't choose another brand, even a more expensive one. No taste, no side effects for me, and a more natural way to maintain a healthy weight.

I have been taking pro bio slim about 6 months. I have lost weight from a size large in clothing to size small/medium and I’m loving it. I didn’t really think about how I was no longer eating as much until people started asking me if I was losing weight? I would fix my breakfast and eat half and would feel full and eat the other half for lunch. Dinner would be fruit and a small amount of protein. The cravings are gone. I’m 70 years young and my neice is jealous because I’m way smaller than she is. The price has gone through the roof on this product but you can still find it for $9.99 for 120 capsules if you search hard. I’m stocking up.

I went from 183-177 in a few weeks on it. That being said it’s supposedly helps with the digestive system. I’m unsure if it actually working like that. But it as an appetite suppressant then I think it acts more like that. I definitely haven’t felt the craving to binge eat like I normally do.

I have been taking over a wk now. Have noticed no weight lose BUT my gut feels a lot better. The whole digestive system is much better and my heart burn witch was a big problem is gone. For those benefits I will continue it. I did only buy 1 bottle cause I have got a lot of junk that didn't do what they said. I started taking 2 but many times only 1 and not much difference. Weight lose my come and that will be another+.

I did not see much of a difference adding these to my diet. I was taking a different brand specifically for women and I think that one worked better for me. This was a cheap alternative to try and may be good to test out on your system, but it did not work for me as well some others.

It’s a shame butI couldn’t continue with this probiotic as the stomach pain was so great and persistent that i had to back off with it. I was hoping for relief from the horrible bloating but the pain was just too great. Kept me awake for two nights and had to give it up. This was the second try with it and with the same results. Sorry but I don’t care to try the third time. Just cutting my eating on my own and hopefully can lose weight and rid myself of the pain and bloating.

En general, tuve una muy buena experiencia con este suplemento. Me gustó su calidad y cómo me sentí durante el tiempo que lo consumí. Considero que fue una buena opción y definitivamente lo volvería a comprar.

Works as advertised and better
