Very well built with nice features. Tough with lined pages which have date markings and cleanly rip out due to perforated pages. It also has an elastic band used as a bookmark or to keep it closed and another to hold a pen. Inside the back cover is a useful pocket to store notes. Great value as well. I keep one in the vehicle, one in my camping bag and one in the hunting bag.

These pads are a slight bit wider (3/8") than the Vanpads I've used. It helps when you have multiple modifications to your menu items and need more space to write the necessary information to make the guest happy. Additionally, you have 15 pages at the rear of the pad, which are perforated so that you can write down information or an order for another Server, and easily tear these out of your book to give to them. The top of each page has the word "DATE" for you to indicate the date or day you utilized the page. Great, sometimes when you have to go back and quantify information! The boarding material of the front and back cover is thicker and stronger than that of the Vanpad as well. All in all, a great notepad I utilize as a Server in a Fine Dining restaurant.

Leather is quality and water resistant, protecting the pages on inside. Page perforation makes it easy to tear off without ripping your notes on accident. There is a vertical pouch on the back that is handy to keep business cards inside without risk of slipping out. Has bookmarker strings built in so you can flip right to where you left off of. The elastic band on the outside keeps the notebook shut while not in use, so the binding doesnt get stretched out and expand it's size

My husband wanted a notebook that he could keep in his pocket for work and this was perfect. It has a nice soft feel to it and it has a handy little pen holder and the best part is at the end of the book there's 24 pages that are perforated so the pages can be ripped out if you need ymto leave a note ir whatever. This was the main reason my husband loved these notebooks. He needed to be able to remove pages for work to leave notes for other employees.

Very nice little log/notebook. simple and well made. the lined sheets are just that, lined for you to use as you wish.

I’ve always liked Moleskine notebooks; the problem is, they’re so fancy (read: expensive) that I never want to mess them up with my dumb writing, thereby defeating the purpose of owning a notebook. So I’m happy to have found these little guys — they’re sturdy, compact, and most importantly they’re cheap enough that I’ll actually write in them. P.S. A fine-tipped white acrylic paint marker works well for writing on the cover/spine.

Doesn’t have the perforated-tear away sheets but has lined sheets and the bookmark ribbon and elastic pen holder. Well bound books. Thank you.

If you want a book that looks like it should cost $2 but be priced at $13 you've come to the right place! Its features are: paper, elastic and cardboard. However there's not enough elastic for the pen holder or cardboard for the card slots as is pictured and advertised in the listing.

No pen holder band and no pockets at the front and back.
