Review: Well structured, informative book! - I purchased this book in order to have a written resource for studying Jiu-Jitsu. Of course, live interaction/instruction is optimal, followed by video instructions, and finally, written media/flowcharts. This book admirably fills this 3rd niche. It is very well organized, with clear instructions and photographs ( from different angles showing salient key positional points). It is not encyclopedic, nor does it claim to be. It does cover many important concepts; fundamental to semi-advanced, as well as the โwhyโ of certain strategies/movement patterns. I am not an experienced practitioner, and feel this book will most certainly be something that helps push me further. Highly recommended. Review: A must buy - Being passionate about grappling is one thing but being able to communicate that passion is a skill in itself. Thumbs up to Stephan and Brandon. You are a beginner, an advanced player or even going back to the game after a long period break. Stephan Kesting and Brandon Mullins 'NONSTOP JIU-JITSU' will provide an excellent companion to progress on the path of grappling. For sure another tool in your toolbox. Instead of U-TUB, holding ' NONSTOP JIU-JITSU' book in your hands offer a tactile feeling next to your work on the matt. Whatever your style is being on top, pressure guard passing, etc...the thecnicals aspects presented are not an option but a must in your plan game. Please pay attention specifically on the 'Ball and chain sweep' from De La Riva guard. Yes! many surprises await you whereas turning the pages. The explanations, the pictures with different angles and+ are just as good as the skill you will develop while drilling. Have fun and keep the Ball Rolling. -a.o.c.

My new "go-to" reference book for Jiu-Jitsu.
I have been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 5 years and am currently a purple belt. I like using instructional videos and books to supplement my training, and with the current pandemic restricting my ability to train I have been leaning on them more and more. Nonstop Jiu-Jitsu is my new "go-to". Not only does this book do an excellent job of showing the necessary details for performing various escapes, sweeps, and submissions, it also delves into the mindset one needs to progress in BJJ. Sprinkled throughout the book are valuable training tips, which are sensible and practical. This book is great for beginners and advanced Jiu-Jitsu players alike, as it does a great job explaining fundamental moves that are effective and will clean up any bad habits you may have developed. You will still have to do the work, but Nonstop Jiu-Jitsu will give you the framework to succeed.

Almost perfect
I love the books content and the photos are fantastic. My biggest grip is that there is a block of text with number references to pictures. For example it will explain a technique and all of the details in a big block of text, and then there will be 10+ pictures with numbers on them. Would have been perfect if it was a block of text with the goal of the technique, and then text next to the picture with details.

Beautiful photography and tons of great content
I've collected jiu-jitsu books for close to 20 years. But despite the massive growth of the sport in recent years, there remains a total shortage of new jiu-jitsu books... and many of the best ones are 10-15 years old and out of print, or hard to find. This book changes that! Over 250 pages of well-structured, beautifully shot techniques with two phenomenal instructors. This book is a fantastic resource, and a MUST HAVE for any jiu-jitsu practitioner.

Quality information to understand the BJJ game
Iโm a new BJJ practitionner, so new in fact I donโt have a level. and Stefan Kesting has been one of the instructors Iโve been following for a long time for instructionals. I have several of his program and they are top notch. Non-Stop Jiu-Jitsu just adds ro this library or very well done instructionals but in book form. I found it useful because of the details that are explained that you might be able to see in a video and an extremely good resource for newbies to learn this whole BJJ thing (and a great addition to any martial artists book collection).

An excellent and comprehensive book!
Stephan Kesting's book is fantastic! The knowledge is obviously there, but the explanations are clear and easy to follow, and the pictures are fantastic: they really allow for you to see what is being taught. Due to the pandemic, I can't go to BJJ classes, but one thing I can do is go through this book to help keep me from getting rusty. Really fantastic and helpful, like just about all of Stephan's products!

The best Bjj book out there
I was looking for a book like this for a long time, Bjj is a complex sport and very difficult to illustrate movements by pictures and text, this book successfully managed to show picture in best way possible to describe movements, break them down to steps. Very informative and highly recommended for every one. I hope Stephan and Brandon will give us more books like this in future. Thank you.

A total game-changer when it comes to BJJ books
I have my fair share of BJJ technique books โ and I do find them useful even if I mostly consume video instructionals these days (a bunch of them being by Stephan Kesting as well). But this book is a total different beast. It was clearly designed not so much as a compendium of techniques but more as a deck of gameplans, meaning you can just pick it up and study sequences of action, which I find much more easy to translate into actual sparring. Plus, you are getting insight to the actual way that Brandon Mullins fights, complete with details, the whys and the hows. I found that to be really actionable and clever. It's much easier to learn and to have information retention that way. The layout is really well-thought out. You can just visualize every step of the way whilst never losing the big picture of the action path you're studying (or referencing ) at the moment. The additional texts with Brandon's tips that touch on aspects beyond technique are really worth the money on themselves, really. It really is amazing what can be done with a BJJ book in this day and age. I hope new books like this by Stephan get released. I couldn't recommend it more. (Plus, you never know when the internet might get wiped out). Oh, and let's not forget our mandatory OSS: OSS!
