These filter's are great. They filter the water well, in my opinion just as good if not better than the Brita filters. They last longer than the Brita filters as well. To top it off, they are much more affordable. I will be repurchasing.

Cheaper than the brand name and works just the same. Good water flow and easy to install. Great value for the price.

The water comes out crisp and clean, with no weird aftertaste or difference in quality from the name-brand version. Ease of use: One thing I did notice was that a couple of the filters had small dirt spots on them when I first opened the package. I tried rinsing them off, but the spots didn’t completely disappear. However, after running water through them as instructed, I haven’t had any issues with water clarity or taste—so while it was a minor cosmetic flaw, it hasn’t affected functionality at all. If anything, it’s a reminder to always rinse filters before use, which is good practice anyway. The value of this 6-pack is unbeatable. This is a quality budget replacement filter. It fits perfectly if not better and lasts a long time. The water tastes good until time to change. I don't follow the timing schedule but change when the flavor begins to change. I have chlorine in the water so I notice the difference immediately. Buying a box means there is always one ready to replace the used one. When I only have one left, its time to reorder and they come before I run out.

Less expensive and works great

I have been using these in my Brita filter for several years now instead of paying the extra cost for Brita brand. I notice no difference between using the Brita ones or the Amazon basics ones. I have never had any issue getting the filters to fit, or any issue with how the water tastes. They last just as long if not longer than the Brita brand ones. Most of the time I forget how long I've had it in the filter and just decide it is time to change it out.

These filters fit perfectly in my Brita pitcher with no issues at all. The water tastes normal with no weird aftertaste, and they seem to do exactly what a Brita filter is supposed to do. I did not notice any difference compared to the name brand version. Overall, this is a perfectly acceptable and more affordable alternative.

According to Consumer Lab assessments, water filters vary surprisingly much at how well they filter. This filter stands out as being among the best for filtering out plastic. Definitely something to consider, because plastic attaches to our arteries, significantly increases the risk of heart disease. After reviewing Consumer Lab's assessments, I concluded that it's best to use another filter that's rated among the best for filtering out minerals like chromium and aluminum. Then put that filtered water through this one to finish getting plastic out. Several liters per day, this filter lasted months as a 2nd filter like that. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't score as well for filtering out minerals, so I wouldn't exclusively use this one.
