does this contain small particles? the premo opaque plugs up the microfins in my cpu cooler?

Vue's chief additive is normally liquid, but can solidify into particulate if contaminated or if air bubbles are pumped through the system. Show coolants such as opaques and Vue are very reliant on system cleaning and prep before fill for reliability. Care should be taken to follow the instructions to the letter and not use old forum lore home remedies like vinegar.

No, as the coolant is already mixed at the proper ratio. Diluting with water would throw off the balanced chemistry of the fluid. While the included PrimoPrep needs to be diluted, the coolant itself is ready to go.

Troubleshooting questions should be sent to Primochill's support line or messaged to us here on Amazon rather than asked in the Q&A section. Amazon's Q&A section is for quick questions, troubleshooting requires direct back-and-forth.

Does the product come with primoprep?

Yes it does as it is mandatory to use prior to adding Vue to your system.
