Great griddle, I can do burrito sized tortillas on in. Could probably do a pizza in the oven on it too.

This is a very good product!…it has been very useful for everything from making Tortilla's to fish, steaks, bacon, hash browns, sausage, and really great for warming up tamales….i has just the right thickness…and it’s getting better every time I use it!…I’m very pleased and I ordered another for my daughter…excellent price as well!…

Nice. I ordered the wrong size though so it's too big for my small stove top. But I will give it to my sister. Cast iron is also heavy, so I wanted a smaller one. aside from that, it's good for grilling. Great price though.

We love this pan. It is heavy cast iron, and as I recall is sold as a pizza pan. We have yet to make a pizza on it, and I'm quite certain it would perform well in that capacity. As soon as it arrived, I seasoned it by cooking 8 strips of bacon on it after a wash. Then, of course eggs followed. Since then it has performed as a stovetop griddle and now has just come out of the oven as an underpan for a frozen pot pie. I've cooked chops, sausages and steaks on it and roasted cauliflower and peppers. This pan is versatile! Grab one while it's cheap!

Love this pan. Perfect size for the extra large burner on my glass top stove. It came pre-seasoned which I was skeptical about. Surprisingly it actually was. I gave it a quick wash and went ahead and did a quick seasoning on it then put it to use. I make grilled sandwiches, fry bacon and use it for pancakes. However its main use is for eggs for egg muffins. I use 6 egg rings and make 6 eggs at a time. They don't stick and I can make a dozen breakfast sandwiches in no time. I highly recommend this pan for anyone who wants a good pan that cooks evenly and is virtually non-stop.

Solid, heavy, construction as expected and fairly ok. Why 3 stars? It IS NOT 14" it is 13" on the inside add 5/16" for the outside. I've ordered several from different vendors and sent them all back because these Chinesium pans have all been misrepresented on the size. I'll keep this as it is the closest so far. Stick with U. S. manufacturer Lodge and you will get better quality and the size you order.

The package came well protected from the shipping experience. The weight of the pan is what you would expect from cast iron. I decided to buff out the interior surface for optimal smoothness. I didn't have to work hard to get a shiny smooth surface. You can see the final result of the seasoning in the second image. This will be used on my Big Green Egg as I make Smash Burgers and other high heat, rich sear foods. I recommend this purchase fully. Its now, in the top 2 of my 5 cast iron pans.

Este comal marca ForHauz es excelente para hacer tortillas de harina, se calienta rápido y coce a la perfección las tortillas, (hace que se inflen totalmente) es para la único que lo he usado y con los ojos cerrados lo recomiendo. El comal es grande y si pesa un poco, pero vale la pena la inversión, estarás muy contenta(o) con tu comal, el precio fue de $600 en marzo de 2023.
