Worth the money!!! I have multiple health issues, including digestive problems from my mouth all the way to my anus; reflux, "sluggish" small intestines, and "spastic colon." I've tried many different probiotic formulas, after reading ingredients, strain count, etc, but in order to feel any benefit, I had to take triple or more of the "recommended dose." With Mercola's formula, I have taken the recommended dose and have gone from severe constipation (x3 YEARS) to being able to have daily movements! That is without much change in diet (I am remembering to eat), still being life-threateningly ill (and having spent 3 months this autumn dying slowly from lung inflammation, which closed my airways), being sedentary, et cetera. Ultimately, I will gladly pay the increased price, because the quality is worth it. The product works at the recommended dose. This has changed my gut health dramatically, in a beneficial way. There is not another probiotic supplement that can compare to Dr. Mercola's formula. I was somewhat skeptical in trying it, but so desperate for relief. I have found relief with this probiotic, and quite possibly a little bit of help from a certain brand of bread. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this formulation of probiotics, and can honestly say I'll be purchasing more when the time comes.

These are the real deal. This is my third or fourth bottle of Dr. Mercola's Complete Probiotics. When I saw I had the opportunity to get them at a discount for my honest and unbiased review, I jumped at the opportunity. I LOVE these probiotics. Here's why: IT HAS A PRE-BIOTIC IN IT Fructooligosaccharide (found in some fruits) serves as a "pre-biotic" in this supplement. According to Dr. Mercola, "Prebiotics help keep beneficial bacteria healthy.They basically are non-digestible foods that end up in your digestive system to help beneficial bacteria (probiotics) grow and flourish. The prebiotics that feed the "good" bacteria in your GI tract primarily come from carbohydrate fibers called oligosaccharides that you don't digest. They remain in your digestive system to help boost the growth of beneficial bacteria." IT IS BILE AND ACID RESISTANT This means the probiotic strands are able to survive the bile and acid in your digestive system. IT HAS OVER 70 BILLION CFU CFU, or colony forming units, is how we measure the strength of a probiotic. 70 billion CFU is pretty good; my one criticism is you have to take 2 pills instead of just one. IT HAS 10 STRANDS, INCLUDING DDS-1 Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1 Bifidobacterium lactis Lactobacillus plantarum Lactobacillus casei Lactobacillus rhamnosus Lactobacillus brevis Bifidobacteriuni longum Streptococcus thermophiles Lactobacillus salivarius Bifidobacterium bifidum IT REALLY HELPS I can best tell how much this probiotic helps on the days when I forget to take it. I feel like taking this each day sets me up for better success in my digestive system...and if my digestive system is working properly, then my day is definitely going to run smoother.

Caused rashes. 70 billion CFU is way too strong. Probably may work for carnivores! UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and provided a refund. This product's efficacy is subjective and there are several reviews that are positive. Also, Dr. Mercola's other products have been recommended by our homeo doctor and it worked fine. They also stand by their product because of the seriousness with which they responded to my review. So, for all these reasons, I am raising the review to 4.

This is an excellent pro-biotic and these are my reasons why. For at least 20 years I've had regular bouts of sour stomach-upset stomach- a blahy feeling that makes you feel rotten. My saving grace before these pro-biotics has been ranitidine. Tums and Rolaids also has helped short term. I've never had acid reflex or heart burn. This past summer, I was on a 4 day camping trip to the BWCA and had forgotten my ranitidine and it really put a damper on the trip. For the past 2 years I've also been drinking a bottle of Dannon Dan-Active Pro-Biotic and that also has helped with how often these stomach problems occurred. I had read that a pro-biotic could help with stomach problems. I started getting daily e-mails from Dr Mercola a few months ago and read about his pro-biotic and thought it was expensive but I'd give it a try. The 180 tablets, 90 days worth, is about the same price as 90 bottles of Dan-Active. Dr. Mercola's pro-biotics have 70 billion active bacteria in several strains while the Dan Active has 10 billion of 1 strain. I've been using Dr. M's pro-biotic for almost 2 months now and have not even once had stomach dis-comfort. I haven't taken any ranitidine either. I've also started following several of Dr. Mercolas eating tips and have eliminated soda pop, (I drank about 3-4 cans a week) , high fructose sugars and a lot of processed foods from my diet so I'm sure that also has helped. Since your gut has so much influence on how the rest of your body functions I'm going to continue taking these pro-biotics daily.

I have been using this product for 7 years and it has always been an instant gut and immune system booster for me. No matter what ailment, recovery time speeds up significantly.

I did not like the fact that the order I received today has a March 2019 expiry date, the same expiry date as the order I got in Dec. 2017.

I was pleased with the packaging and quick delivery of this product, but it is too soon in my use of it to give it a fair rating. To date, I have no complaints and feel this product will be beneficial to my health.
