I purchased these meal replacements during a time when I was working long hours and knew I wouldn't have time to prepare more than one meal per day. I would have one of these, along with a banana or some fruit, and then a large meal for dinner. What I really appreciate is that they didn’t leave me feeling jittery. Most other meal replacement drinks I've tried either make me feel nauseous or leave a weird aftertaste. Plus, many of them contain ingredients like soy, which I’m allergic to. This product has become my go-to for busy days when I don’t have time to cook but don’t want to skip a meal. The high protein content really makes a difference, and I genuinely love it. While I can’t say if it helps with weight loss, as that wasn’t my goal, people did notice that I lost weight during the time I was using it and only eating one meal a day. I should also mention that I made sure to walk at least 5,000 steps daily and exercised whenever possible during this period.

Like many I struggle very much with my weight. I love food and have a huge sweet tooth. I finally needed to make changes. In today’s world we want things quickly and effortlessly. But it’s hard to find things that are healthy, filling, tasty and quick. You get all of that with these. I absolutely love the fact they are low in sugar and they do fill me up as a 35 year old man. I do one in the morning and one at lunch and then a healthy snack at 3 and then eat a reasonably healthy dinner. But nothing crazy. Two weeks in I’m down 8 lbs. I was 35 overweight. So a ways to go bud what a start!

I drink this before workouts in lieu of a typical protein shake. The taste is just okay. I prefer the cappuccino flavor but this will suffice in a pinch. It gives me just enough energy for my workout or as a meal replacement I stay full for about 3 hours. Using this plus about 4 hours of strength training a week at the gym has helped me lose 45 pounds plus gain muscle in ~ 1 year. Drinking this shake alone isn't a magical fix for weight loss but combined with exercise it has really helped me in my health journey.

I have always been in great shape but this last holiday I enjoyed too much food and packed on a belly lol. So I wanted to try this and was really surprised at how great it tastes since usually health products like this are really bland or bad. This tastes like a vanilla shake you would get at a restaurant. I also like there is no caffeine so I can drink it during my days off at home.

Taste great. Most of the time I want to drink another one, Try the strawberry flavor, it tastes even better. Sustains appetite for a few hours.
