Works great and a nice handy size to carry. Feels well made and of good quality. Found lots of calcite glows orange and a cool little bug that glowed blue in the Nevada desert. Want to know if your house is really clean? Brace yourself before looking around with this little light. If you use it in a hotel you may go out and sleep in your car.

When I first received my light I had issues with the charging circuit. I contacted the company and Seb from UVBeast quickly resolved the issue. It is rare these days to see a company stand behind their product. I will definitely buy from them again. Now onto the light itself. I have never owned a stand alone UV light, I have only had lights with UV as a secondary function. Wow what a difference. It illuminates items from across the room. Looking at things like money, drivers license, and passport, I was able to security features I've never seen before. Also you can easily find stains in the kitchen, bathroom, and on carpets even from a distance that are invisible to the naked eye. I haven't tried using it for Scorpion or rock hunting, but with the distance this light has, I think it would do well for that as well.

I have found this UV flashlight to be the gold standard! I collect Victorian EAPG glass as well as vintage vaseline and uranium glass and a good, strong UV flashlight is my trusty sidekick in identification! Over the last year, my father's health began to fail and I spent most of my free time caring for him at his home until his passing in early November. I put the 'beast' away in a safe place, aka where I couldn't find it. Over Christmas, while looking for my grandkids christmas presents (which had suffered a similar fate), i found the Beast again and put it on charge. After twelve hours of charging, nothing happened. I tried for a longer time with the same result, went to the website and made sure that I had followed all of the troubleshooting steps and then wrote to the company asking for help. Seb, the Customer Service representative who corresponded with me, wrote me back within a day and gave me a couple of other suggestions to see if we could get it up and running, but to no avail. I wrote him back last night with the result and by this morning, in my inbox, he had written back telling me that they were expediting a new flashlight to me! I was floored. I have truthfully not encountered that level of customer service in what feels like forever, if ever! The kindness and non-judgmental advice added to my experience greatly. This is a company that stands firmly behind their exceptional products with exceptional customer service and I wouldn't hesitate for one second to recommend both the flashlight and the company to anyone looking for a similar device!

I think a lot of people believe there's doesn't work or stops working when really it's just a DOUBLE CLICK to turn on and one to click off. Very smart to prevent children from turning it in the damaging (permanently) their eye. My problem with it is they don't just just tell us the wattage of the lamp and the writing obfuscates it to the point that AI thinks it's 0.5W. that can't be right. Final beef is it's one of these products I'm seeing more and more of lately they are extremely picky about the voltage of their USB charger.. This thing wants about 5V and any more or less will not charge the battery. At least that's my experience. The positives: lasts longer than any of the 10 or so UV flashlights I have. In that regard and in the regard it emits the more powerful 365nm instead of the relatively weaker 395nm, it is also a beastly little medium sized torch.

Honestly impressed with this little UV flashlight. Super bright for its size and the 365nm light is very clean — not that cheap purple light you get from other ones. I mainly use it to check cleanliness and stains, and it works perfectly. Build quality feels solid and the USB-C charging is a big plus. Small enough to carry around but definitely powerful. If you need a real UV light that actually works, this one is worth it. Would buy again.

The general problem with reviews is that most are written shortly after purchase and people don’t bother adjusting them when things go south. Purchased it more than 2 years ago and used it a few times only. Today I took it out of the kitchen drawer to use. First charged it for several hours (LED remains red). It didn’t switch on. Unscrewed back cap and visually checked internally. No abnormalities to see. When screwing cap back on it came on. Used it a few minutes and put back on original charger. LED was strangely weak (red) . When looking I noticed smoke come out USB connector and electro burn smell. Quite sure that’s the end of it. I probably used it 5 times. Mechanically construction looks/is very robust and appealing design but apparently the electronics are not designed properly.

I previously purchased a cheaper UV light to show pet urine in the carpet. It worked, but the room had to be perfectly dark, and it was hard to see the stains. The uvBeast V3 365 nm MINI is fantastic. The spots shine extremely bright, and the room does not need to be pitch-black to use it. The light costs twice as much as competitors', but it works 10X better. While I may not need it, the huge lithium-ion rechargeable (and easily replaceable) battery is much better than three AAA batteries in the cheaper versions.

It works as intended well when ur using it for semiconductor purpose it works i have not tried it 😅 on checking any leak on ac work on a vehicle so have not tried it but will add more about it when I do Overall good light to use in the job field im in hoping for more different versions of there lights so I can collect lol

La verdad es, que nada más tenerla en la mano se nota la calidad de la linterna. Alumbra bastante bien y lleva una pinza en el cuerpo que es fácilmente desmontable. Lleva también un landyard que también es desmontable sin problemas. La única pega que le pongo es que el cargador viene con la toma americana y yo estoy en Europa. Por lo que o compras un adaptador o pones una toma de aquí en el cable USB. Me ha parecido buena compra y estoy bastante contento con esta linterna.

Very good quality ,first the price much higher than most of the same type , I decided to got this ,and very happy now Work well and good blue light very concentrated And you should get the eyeglass for protection it quite strong and I could ruin your eyes
