Does this come flat packed or ready constructed? Will the deliverers carry it into my studio for me, or will they only drop off at the door?

Our 3rd party pallet couriers aren't insured to bring it inside however they can bring it as close to the entrance of the building as possible. Can the legs be removed and if yes, what is the height of the unit if the legs are removed?
