How do I let the clock know that it's night time?, because it keeps chiming at night but not at day...

It sounds like sleep mode is reversed. (Maybe pm and am reversed?) I don’t have the instructions with me, since this was purchased for my parents. When we set it up, we followed the instructions and it works fine for them. Sorry that I cannot be of help.

Nice Clock

Lovely case, nice looking clock. Westminster chimes, once set, up sounds right. Shame the clock face is not centred correctly, and slightly out of line. But no worries; her indoors loves it.
