Product received on time. Works amazing. My printer was streaking and fading the print in areas. It constantly looked like I had my printer set to the lightest setting. I took a chance and purchased this drum and IT WORKS AMAZING. INK AND PRINT QUALITY LOOKS LIKE I HAVE A BRAND NEW PRINTER. WILL BE PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN!

Printer started giving a error code and would not print. Looking what others said about the code and how they fixed it, I took the printer cartridge and drum out to clean them. I noticed a part on the drum appeared to be broken. I ordered the new drum and was sure when I looked at it that the problem was not to clean the contacts but to replace the drum. Working fine.

I bought 2 of them for printer, and both do not work. The bad thing was a bought them like 3 months ago, to be used when the unit goes out, and a spare. Will Never buy agaion. Spend more and find a better one, atleast that is what i'm going to do.

Perfect fit. Solved the printer problem even though printer message kept saying it was the toner cartridge.

This imaging unit was a welcome arrival. My toner ink was smearing off my printed pages. After replacing my old imaging unit with this new one, even the first sheet I printed was perfect. I rubbed my finger on an old print and saw the ink smeared black on my fingertip. On the new sheet printed with this unit, NO INK Smeared. I am very thankful that I ordered it. I am able to complete the assignments now.
