Bought this as a replacement for a Panasonic I've had for almost 20 years, nothing wrong with that just couldn't get Prime or Netflix. Easy to set up, lighter than my old TV so no struggle getting it on to shelf in bedroom. Internet and Sky connected immediately, didn't bother with Freeview though I may connect this later. Good picture quality and powerful sound - not looking for Dolby quality audio as it's an occasional use TV. Probably would have had a better deal if I waited until Boxing Day Sale but happy with everything so far.

Decent picture. Great sound. Continuous WiFi drop outs. Shame because for the price, this is a very decent TV. If you plan on using the smart features then make sure you can connect this to an Ethernet port. Edit - turns out turning this TV off and back on again using the switch on the bottom of the unit would solve WiFi issues. Now I have a really good, fully functioning TV in the bedroom

The sound is great and for a larger bedroom is great, no soundbar is necessary. The picture is great for 720p. Only issue is the remote, there is a severe lag from pressing a button and the TV doing something. It does n't matter whether you are using Netflix, Prime,iPlayer or DTV. Once you get used to it all works well.

This is a great tv for the price. The sound is good when hung on a wall but aware speakers are low so may help and also be why others have not been as impressed. The apps aren’t great, just Netflix really, but add a fire stick and you’re good to go. The picture quality is really good - this is not a main tv and so don’t need 4K quality but still appears better than some of other 1080 tv’s.

Very easy to set up with easy-to-follow in screen instructions. Good bright picture (full 1080p), and sound quality is very good for its size (better than all other 32-inch TV's we've had). All settings worked straight from the box so no need to fiddle with contrast, brightness. Needs a small screwdriver to attach feet, and on-line manual isn't where it is supposed to be, but minor quibbles.

Pretty impressive for the price. No complaints and easy for my senior citizen dad to use.

Don't waste your money.. this TV is rubbish. Once you press the TV guide button the screen appears it's grey background with white writing which is difficult to read, the loading circle appears and can take forever to load, I decided to see just how long it would take to load, I gave up after 30 minutes and had to get up switch it off and start again. After speaking with customer care, they talked me through a process of rebooting it... this worked OK for a couple of weeks, I contacted them again and they talked me through the process again and said if it goes again they will replace it... I contacted them again they said it's not there TV it's my ariel told me to buy a booster, I have.. it's still not working properly. Funny how my old Samsung which was over 10yrs old worked perfectly using the same ariel. The other fault is... every time you switch it on, it defaults to the Welsh channels.. waste of money and no offer of replacement.
