Inexpensive and Nice Quality
I was hoping there would be more of a firmness to these pillows, however they are more soft than I was expecting them to be. Id recommend these pillows for someone who wants a fairly non firm pillow.

good neck support
The truth is, they're quite good. They have a good balance: they're not too hard, but you don't sink in completely either, so they provide good neck support and allow you to sleep peacefully all night.

A pillow made of extras soft lumps and clumps. Defective.
This pillow should not even be sold. It's simple a super soft pillow with lumps of clumps of softness. Part of my head was even touching the mattress through the clumps. I ended up throwing it on the floor at 2 am and my head and neck hurt from it. I have never had a pillow of lumps before. I hope I can return this thing.
