I purchased this as a replacement to my tall water tower. With the automatic filling features on this water pump and the fact that I no longer have to flip my 5 gallon jugs it is very convenient. The charge lasts at least 3 full water jugs. I have never pushed it past that so I dont know how long it would ultimately last. I love it. A much better choice than a bulky tower. I like my drinking water room temp so I have never needed or used the hot/cold feature of a water tower. I have an electric kettle for hot and keep water in the fridge for guests. It does make some noise while in use, but it is not loud and is completely silent while not in use. I feel like this was a much more affordable and convenient option than a tall bulky tower. UPDATE: This item started leaking while in use after a couple months and stopped working within 6 months.

It’s very easy to use, works on different bottle sizes, and has a strong, stable base that keeps it secure. It also works perfectly on my 1-gallon bottle even though the product recommends 2-5 gallons. Great flexibility! What I Love About It: - Effortless to Use: Just press the button with the cup, and the water flows smoothly—no heavy lifting or holding on the cup while the water is dispensing. - Strong & Stable Base: The wide design keeps it balanced and secure, even on a 1-gallon bottle. The price is reasonable for the convenience and quality. - Long Dispenser Spout: The extended spout makes filling my tumbler super easy without spills. - Battery Life good enough: I’ve used it for over 5 gallons of water without needing to recharge. A Few Things to Consider: - Lid Could Be More Secure: A tighter seal on top would help keep dust out when not in use but overall I am satisfied with this water dispenser.

This is the best water dispenser I have bought. Easy to assemble. I like that it has a platform, and two ways to dispense liquids.

We've had this thing for 5+ years. We love it cause our place is so small, we can't have an actual dispenser unit. We've used it for so long, the motor is actually starting to wear down. We'll need to or a new one soon. When we first bought it, we only needed to charge it once every 4-8 weeks. Now we have to charge it once a week. But we're happy with it. We can fill pitchers, coffee carafe, a 2 gallon water jug for the fridge, and more!

Set up was so easy I almost wondered if I even did it right before attempting to use. Its super straight forward and works as intended. The flow speed isn't anything to brag about, but not an issue for me personally. The battery lasts me over a week with frequent use. Honestly though the two button system is kinda eh, I thought it would be convenient, but more often the button under the spout gets in the way more than its useful, since the red button is a single tap for constant flow, and a single tap to stop. My one qualm is that once I finish dispensing water I have to wait about a minute or two. After the pressure equalized in the line, it spit out water. So if I remove my cup, it spirts water all over the "shelf" that holds your containers. My worry is that water could get in through the white button and potentially ruin the device. So any time I fill a container I let it sit there for a few minutes after I shut off the pump. Or a turn the metal part of the dispenser 180° and let it spit into the sink. If it wasn't for the water spitting after equalization in the hose, I'd totally give it a 5/5

I love this. I have a dog and I drink a lot of water daily. It has made it so simple to refill my water bottle, make a cup of coffee, give my dog water. It’s made getting water cost efficient. Highly recommend.

I purchased this Drinking Water Dispenser Pump on November 16, 2025, and after only a few months of use it started failing. First it stopped working completely, then after charging it came back on but much weaker than before. A couple of weeks later it stopped again and would only dispense water randomly. I tried charging it for two full days, but the red light never changed, and now it won’t turn on at all. For a product that isn’t even a year old, this level of failure is unacceptable. To make things worse, I attempted to contact the seller through their support website, but every time I try to send a message, I get an error and the message won’t go through. So there is currently no way to reach them for help or warranty support. I wanted to resolve this directly before leaving a review, but since the support page doesn’t work, I’m left with no choice but to warn other buyers. Very disappointed in both the product quality and the lack of customer support.

I've been using this for a long time now. I have only had to charge it once so far and it holds a charge for a very long time. It is July 24, 2026 and I still have not had to charge it yet. It is the best dispenser I've gotten so far

Over almost a year and its battery is holding great juice in it, after common daily use. Recharge never takes long and you can even dispensing water when it's charging too. Never had an issue and all as advertised.
