Works for me.
Really like this mask. Had it about a month and it has not stopped up yet. The tip really helps with not having to open it up and close it I suppose. Comes off nicely. If you need me ask I recommend you give it a try.

The masking fluid works as expected. It's a bit hard to remove it, but rubbing hard with eraser does the trick.

Bubbles, Stains and Hard to Remove.👎
This was horrible. I ruined a lovely painting by trying to use it. I thought perhaps I was doing something wrong, so I watched some videos online, and no, it’s just awful, which is shocking, since Daniel Smith paints are so lovely and amazing. 1. It bubbles horribly so it’s hard to apply with any precision 2. It stains the paper yellow, so when you remove it...you don’t have white paper, you have yellow. 3. Even using a rubber cement pick up tool, it tears the paper. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, so I ordered Windsor & Newton’s masking fluid and tried that, and it’s a zillion times better. See photo. Left is Daniel Smith, stained and ripping up my paper. Right is Windsor & Newton which left plain white paper and pulled up nicely. (I did have one small tear, but I was not careful in any way on this, as I was just experimenting).

I like that there are other tips to help control flow. Dries fast. Comes off easily.

I DON'T care to much for this brand either. Cost to high for not that great a product. If you cut it as low as it says to in order to use the tips that come with it, well I just didnt want to do that because I kNow them tips that came with it, ARE gonna get all clogged up, then your stuck with to big a hole ! Also I used some on my arches paper, and when I took it off , it seemed to leave a reszdue that would not allow the paint to stick !! It was still water proof !! So thats the best reason to NOT BUY IT !

I haven't used this much yet but when I have I have found it very easy to use. The extra tips are great. Everything washes up nicely. Haven't had any issues with paper tearing when removing but I do do it slowly and gently.

Nichts für Kleinstflächen.
Das Mittel ist gut, die Arbeit mit den Dosierern nervt: keine Kapillarwirkung wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen, dafür jede Menge Luftbläschen, die kleine Flächen ruinieren. Man soll da tatsächlich klassisch einen Minipinsel zur Hilfe nehmen.
