Scanner double scans items. After back and forth with customer support and following all their advice on how to fix, scanner still doesn't work and they refuse to give a refund or replacement. They have refused to acknowledge that anything is wrong at all with it. In short, if you need a replacement/refund, do it through Amazon's 30 days, not NETUM.

Der Scanner funktioniert super, liest alles super ob QR Code oder Barcode auch wenn die Aufkleber nicht im einwandfreiem zustehen sind. Der Akku hält sehr lange, super einfach zu bedienen. Er macht mir einen sehr qualitativen Eindruck
