Bandai Hobby - Mobile Suit Gundam - #234 MS-06S Zaku II HGUC 1/144 Model Kit

I built quite a few Gundam kits when I was younger and bought this to get back into the hobby. As a fan of the original series, I like how similar this is to it's appearance in the anime, without looking too cartoonist. The build process is easy to follow but enjoyable. My only complaints are the slight struggle to articulate the lower arms and the looseness of the upper arm joints. Otherwise, it's a great build.

It was incredibly easy to put together, I'd definitely say this is beginner friendly. It moves around nice and you can pose it however you want. The weapons are really cool, especially the axe. The only thing I'd say to watch out for is the sticker, there is one sticker for the eye and the sheet it comes on must be tiny because I completely lost it. If you do lose it then it's no big deal, you could paint on an eye yourself since it's just a circle.

This was a fun build. This model has a lot of options between the different waist setups and the 3 sets of hands for the weapons.

Bought this as a first gundam and i love it, i like to re pose it on my desk every few days, i think i will get my dad one as a gift. Real person wrighting

While this is a great set i prefer the C-6/R6 Zaku ii build. The model poses well and looks great next to my other Zaku but it is lacking some of the finer detail. If your a fan of the original animation this one's for you as it represents that style well. Put on a movie, grab your cutters and start building.
