I don't always want to make my own. Las Palmas is great! Use it as is or doctor it with more...garlic? chile powder? A little cream to reduce the bite? Whatever! It's quick, easy and delicious.

Delicious, Convenient, and Versatile Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
I love this Las Palmas Green Chile Enchilada Sauce in Medium heat/spice. It has delicious flavor and it is such a versatile item to keep in your pantry. I have used it in casseroles, as an enchilada sauce, and in soups and a white chicken chili. I especially love this large 28oz size. This size is enough sauce for me to make a 13x9 casserole. I consider the price very fair and a good value for the quantity and quality of this green chile enchilada sauce. The medium flavor is my "sweet spot," as it has just enough flavor and a bit of "kick" without being too spicy or overpowering. The texture is smooth and palatable. I highly recommend this green chile enchilada sauce by Las Palmas for making enchiladas and so many other recipes. It is absolutely delicious and will provide great flavor to whatever dish or dishes that you use it in!
