Excellent Product
I was having gut issues and took 4 at once. I was desparate. Calmed everything down that was going on in one hour. Excellent product and works well. I take one a day now. Developed by a Nobel prize Winner. It is a prebiotic and really helps with digestion stomach issues and all a round good health.

It's a good gut regulator
I take these in conjunction with regular probiotics and I feel as though the combination helps regulate my gut well. When I am consistent about taking them I feel like my appetite shifts, I eat less or am less hungry and I don't feel as bloated. All in all a great supp IMO
