These are so wonderful in the heat. Put them in the fridge to help them stay cooler for longer and you can actually get sleep durning the hot nights

They are perfect, no refrigeration required as soon as you put it in the pillowcase it soothes headaches instantly would recommend

As someone who hates the heat of summer and cannot sleep in it either I thought I'd give these a go , and they've definitely helped. They're nice and compact , not in any way uncomfortable to use , and my personal choice is one on my pillow and one under my back and omg its so nice feeling that cold , and cold that lasts without any watery residue outside. Be advised that it says on the packaging theres no need to refrigerate , but I tried that and the pad actually only stayed cold about maybe 40mins and then the outside felt warm , maybe with the humidity and heat of summer indoors ? , whereas I put the 2 pads in the fridge for 2hrs before bed and they last alot longer , so I would advise refrigerating them rather than not , but dont put in a chest freezer or the gel inside will freeze , although it'll stay colder even longer like that. Definitely a good purchase and worth having for heat relief at night or watching tv.

Worked for 10 minutes then just started to warm up as I thought it would. Gone back to fan blowing on my head. Found inside pillowcase heated up fast to head temperature outside pillow case took about 10 minutes but I also found it uncomfortable outside pillowcase. I didn't try it in the fridge because it would still heat up and wouldn't be cold in deep sleep when I need it most when my head would heat up

im autistic and cant stand or sleep in the hot weather. these are amazing; they say not to freeze them but that is only if you don’t want the gel inside to be hard. i suffer with headaches and these definitely help that those too. good size probably about the size of an A3 piece of paper. i definitely recommend if youre sensitive to warm weather and need to stay cool or if you suffer with headaches or any injuries

Lovely and cold after being in the fridge. I use them on a pillow for my feet. Unfortunately my feet get so hot, within an hour or so, they've been warmed by my heat!! They're not comfortable either. However, they do help and I'm getting some relief. Not everyone suffers with red hot feet!!

Great size pillows. Good quality, seams look sturdy. Pillow feels soft. Easy to put into fridge for cooling.

For me, within just a couple minutes the beeds are not just "not cool" but are hot. There's two pads so sure you coule keep moving your head around and flipping the pillow but then exactly what are these accomplishing over just resting directly on the pillow?

La compré para probar porque por el precio me pareció que podía estar bien y en caso de que no me convenciera no perdía mucho. No tenía ninguna fe en que funcionara ¿Por qué iba a enfriarse sin pasar previamente por la nevera o un sitio frío? Y lo cierto es que si la tienes a temperatura ambiente no llega a enfriar casi (al menos en mi caso, en mi casa de Madrid, último piso con calorazo veraniego). Pero dejándola unos minutos al lado del aire acondicionado y luego conlocándola en la almohada, me aguanta como media hora bastante fresquita. Aún así tiene un pequeño problema, y es que, aún con la tela de la funda de almohada, al apoyar la cabeza (en mi caso duermo de lado), sientes el plástico del producto y es menos agradable que la almohada. Por otro lado, si duermes boca arriba no hay tanto problema. En resumen: En general está bien, y funcionar funciona aunque no me parece del todo cierto que no haya que hacer nada para que enfríe, y hay que valorar si prefieres dormir con la cabeza sobre plástico fresquito o sobre la almohada cómoda pero caliente.
