Private Reserve Ink Cartridges

I purchase the Private Reserve Ink for use in a S.T. Dupont fountain pen. This pen is very expensive so I want to make sure I use quality ink. I have tried many different brands of ink and I find this ink to be the best value and also seems to flow the best when writing. I believe the Gray Flannel ink color is fairly new and is very nice. If you are tired of the various shades of black and blue inks then this color is a nice change. Comes out a fairly dark gray on most papers. I would purchase from this seller again as everything as far as product and delivery was as expected. I would highly recommend this brand of ink from this seller and Amazon.

The colors are pretty nice. The flannel grey was a little more greenish than I expected it to be. However, if you don't write quickly and lightly, the ink will slightly bleed through the pages at the darker points, even with somewhat sturdy/thick pages. It's very distracting for me, since I'm a college student who writes notes using both sides of the pages of notebooks. Overall, okay price. You get what you pay for.

Dries quite quickly so works well for me as a lefty. My only dislike is that this is not a strong gray, but rather a grayish green.

This is a review of the product, not the vendor. The vendor was fine. The gray ink was very disappointing -- it looked like a slightly faded black ink, not gray. I expected it to be a true light gray color, not a watery looking black.
