Great vibration plate. The quality is really nice and is slip resistant. The vibration levels are great for if you want a super low setting or a super high setting. This has helped me with my muscle tension snd blood flow.

This device is solidly built and functions like a beast. I'd never used a vibration plate previously, so I was amazed at the power emanating from the Lifepro Waver Mini. It is not a small unit as the name might imply. I really wonder how big a "normal" sized vibration plate would be! After unboxing and reading through the manual, I was able to fire up the vibration plate right away. It is simple to use and the remote really contributes to the ease of use. The device is not loud, the rubber feet keep it from sliding around on my wood floor. I'll be rearranging desk so that I can have the vibration plate underneath for use while sitting and then for easy access when I want to pull it out to stand on it. The design facilitates easy transport, I can move it without issue. I used it for two 10 minute rounds today, the first day having it, and was delighted to feel some relief from back pain that I've been experiencing the last couple of days. I am 68 years old and purchased the unit primarily to help with lymphatic drainage. I can see how it will certainly improve circulation and am hopeful to see positive developments in that regard very soon. I've registered the unit and am very happy with my purchase.

We love this vibration plate. It has so many exercise options. It has especially improved my leg strength and provided hamstring relief after workouts. The quality is excellent and cost is affordable.

The feel of the plate is good but the lowest vibration speed is too strong. Easy and mostly comfortable to use.

I’ve had this product for a couple of years now and I LOVE IT! I literally use this everyday!!! On my workout days, it helps my body recover and on my rest days it keeps my body engaged. I’ve used it on hard wood floors and on carpet and it works great on both, doesn’t move or slip. Super stable. It makes a beep noise when you turn it on but after that not much noise. It was working great until just a couple of months ago. As soon as I contacted the company directly, they immediately responded and sent me a brand new product. Their service was superb and their product lasted a long time before it gave me issues. I would highly recommend their products AND this company, they really showed me how much they value their customers!

After doing my homework I settled on this recommended brand and model. The product came on time in great condition. The machine has numerous auto settings which makes it easy to set up and hop on and off. The remote control helps while standing on the machine. It's a very solid machine but easy enough to push around and under furniture. A solid buy

I do not exercise, and I sit working at my computer most of the day. Because of this, by the end of the day, my legs have been getting swollen. I decided to get something that would fit under my desk to get my legs moving. I was looking for a pedal or elliptical apparatus but worried that my knees would hit the desk and I would end up not using it. Well, on one of the pages, the Waver popped up, and I was intrigued. It sounded good and could be a good alternative. I ended up purchasing the Waver Mini. I received the package in excellent condition, and the inner packaging was good, keeping my device secure and free of harm. I was very excited and wanted to get on it right away, but I took the time to read the instructions, which I am glad I did. Once ready, I got my Waver Mini situated under my desk and got it going. I loved it from the first moment it started vibrating my legs. It feels SOOOO good and depending on where I sit on my chair. Sitting further back, I can feel it up to my knees and scootched forward, up into my thighs. I feel the vibrations inside my legs, not just on the surface. Standing on it, I can feel the vibrations up to my head. It feels awesome! I have not timed it, but it runs for about 10 or 15 minutes and will shut down by itself. From the first day, I noticed less swelling in my legs, and I slept thru the whole night. I did wake up, not sore, but my muscles were tight, and I realized this was because I had not drunk enough water the day before. As mentioned on the website, this machine helps clean out toxins and clear lymph nodes. For your body to effectively eliminate this, you need to drink lots of water; otherwise, everything expelled from the muscles and lymph nodes will settle, en-masse, somewhere else in the body, causing other issues. The next day I drank my water and woke up just fine. I have had it for a couple of weeks now, and last night I noticed that I had no swelling in my legs at all! I am delighted with my Waver Mini that I have already started thinking of getting a deluxe model. This way, I can keep the Mini under my desk all the time. The only inconvenience, and it isn't even that big of a deal, is the remote. The batteries get loose, making the remote not work. But I found if I bop the bottom of the remote onto the palm of my hand, the batteries fall back into place, instead of having to open the back cover all the time. If the battery door had a little foam insulation attached inside, it would help keep the batteries where they belong. I recommend this product very much.

Very impressed, I actually bought this to help with constipation and not exercise. It’s helped with that immensely! I exercise at moderate to high intensity 5x weekly and the board doesn’t feel like much exercise to me (I’m young & fit). I have IBS-C despite eating a fiber-rich diet and drinking plenty of water. I’m often “close to going” but unable to make it happen daily. Every time I’ve used the board for 10 mins on level 1-3, I’ve either had a BM right away or within 12 hours. I got the idea based on a video online. Somehow, the vibration does a lot more than just exercise. On a side note, I have a hyper mobility syndrome called Ehlers-Danlos and it is so important to read the safety section of the manual. I have cervical instability and I can tell the vibration rattles my head if I don’t lock in with strong, bent knees. However, I tolerate it well when used properly and even notice temporary improved blood flow like others have observed.
