I used a laser printer and the print didn’t stick to the paper. what am i supposed to do? it says i can use laser

I do not know about your particular circumstances - and I don't use a laser printer myself - but I found these labels to be of poor quality. If it were me I would probably go down the route of requesting a refund.

What colour is the backing of the sticker sheet?

off white is the backing. you need to be careful putting paper in printer the right side . if you look on the white {print side} you will see label starts a few millimetres in. I have to say between front and back its not a lot different so look in GOOD light more so if like me getting on a bit.
