Is anyone else as appalled as I am because they bagged guacamole? Like I understand that it’s a marketing picture but that food storage is unsettling.

It's air-tight storage. I'm more appalled by brown guacamole.

Do they leave a funny taste in food stored in the these bags like ziplock plastic bags?

These bags are great! No funny smell and no freezer burn when using to freeze things. Plus you can throw them in the dishwasher to clean. I tend to use the larger ones the most.

How many times it's must be reused to outweigh the use of single use plastic bag? Ex, reusable plastic grocery bags must be used 150x to be better.

That is true. Before I bought these ,I thought of how many plastic bags I use . You also need to think about the dishwasher and when to take the food out of the plastic bag in order to heat in the microwave. My point is these reusable silicone storage bags you take out of the freezer and they can go right to the microwave then serve. It helps with time and not as many items to wash.

Do the stasher bags have forever chemicals? (PFAs)

Tthey’re free from lead, latex, BPA, and BPS. No mention of PFAs.
