Not really one to take supplements, but I have pcos and trying to heal my body naturally and supposedly this is supposed to aid in many different ailments of pcos and high cortisol levels. 1 week into taking~ Definitely have noticed that I'm more calmer at night when I take it. Which is really nice! I personally have been mixing it in chocolate Hummus, because I hate pills. But yeah, definitely will be buying it again!

A friend gave me some Ganoderma coffee which is basically instant coffee with reishi mushroom extract. I had a pleasant experience with it. It made me chatty and happy. So, I was curious about the benefits of the reishi mushrooms. I looked on amazon for reishi mushrooms and found doublewood reishi mushrooms to be the best value. I drink three capsules first thing in the morning and go for a long walk, it seems to help with my circulatory problems. I used to have nosebleeds all the time and my legs would be so tired at the end of the night. Now, the nosebleeds are minimal now, and although I still have tired legs the number of days have been decreased and my legs feel better rested the next morning. Not sure if it's the mushrooms. I would like to think so. I have not noticed any other benefits.

This Reishi Mushroom has higher potency than the others. You can feel the abundance of energy after taking it.

I've been searching for a solution to manage my mood swings during premenopause and menopause. While moringa helped with hot flashes, I still struggled with my moods. If I forget to take it, I can feel my mood plummet, to the point where I can barely tolerate myself, let alone anyone else. But once I take it, I feel back to my usual self much more balanced and stable. Highly recommended no noticeable side affects yet. It is a pill, put it in your mouth, take a big drink, and swallow then no taste. I have never tasted it. With this 2 capsules being 1000 mg it does the trick. Magic in a pill is what my husband calls it.
