If the basket spins but clunks, it usually means the basket is out of line. This can easily be fixed.Secondly, the gears might be out of line. If the basket won't spin or spins hard, this usually means the gears are out of line. This can be fixed as well.Lastly, the extractor might be damaged or defective. Where are the reviews for this item? Many of these I'm reading are for the extractor with motor and this one is manual.

Most people spend the extra and get the motorized model,l believe that’s why there are so few reviews.

This extractor can get 3 large frames. Can I have the dimension of those kind of frames?
