Fantastic quality and Incredible service.
I've been weightlifting and bodybuilding for more than 25+ years in gyms around this country. Given our current situation with mandatory quarantine, I finally invested in a home gym. The dumbbells I received were exceptional in quality. Seriously, you wouldn't find this level of quality in any high-end club. Not only are these dumbbells high quality, but they are also made for a lifetime of intense training. Excellent purchase! Perhaps the most incredible thing about this product is actually the company. For whatever reason, UPS lost two of the dumbbells during shipping. That night, I emailed the company to let them know what happened. Within 15 minutes of sending the email, the owner called me to offer his apologies (keep in mind, it was UPS that lost the dumbbells during shipping). The next day, the company put a trace on the missing dumbbells, and they continued to offer me updates throughout the day. The next morning (day 2), the owner rush shipped me two additional dumbbells to replace the ones that were lost by UPS. This is a true story! I had no ideas that customer service like this still existed. If your looking for quality dumbbells and great people, then shop with this vendor!

solid construction
These dumbbells are very easy to handle, the metal grip is not too wide at all, nice quality construction. Feel very secure in the hand. I was unsure about what "urethane coated" meant before seeing these in person, and pictured the weighted parts as being coated with something soft and mushy like neoprene feels but in actuality the ends are a hard plastic. They feel sturdy. I don't have any complaints.
