I'm pregnant in the third trimester. My hemoglobin at my last prenatal appointment had dropped to 8.3. I've been taking these supplements for about 5 weeks with additional vitamin c. My hemoglobin level has increased to 10.5. The vitamins smell awful but they don't cause constipation. I did vomit one time but that could've been because of the additional vitamin c. I have taken other iron supplements in the past with little to no results. Hemaplex works!

I am suffering from anemia. These Iron pills had help me a lot with it. I love them! They are smooth and don’t cause me any stomach issues or anything. I don't get constipated either. I think is a great investment.

Works will for hemoglobin regulation. The only bad thing I experienced was the smell, taste, and aftertaste. If you can tolerate that, you’ll be good. I, unfortunately, couldn’t take the taste so I switched brands and pill forms.

If you're low on vitamin B, and most people are, this will make you feel so much better. I'm happy i found it. It really gives you a nice bit of energy boost, so take in the morning or you may have trouble sleeping. That was my experience.
