The best "cheap" mouse you can buy
This is honestly hands down the best value mouse I've used. If you're looking for the best bang for the buck and purchasing a new PC gaming set up, this would be the first mouse I recommend. Also if you're a 3D artist and looking for a mouse with a nice scroll wheel button and scrolling mechanism that works wonderfully with all your 3D software packages, this is the mouse I'd recommend. For the quality you get, I personally think its cheap and a great deal. Now, having raved about how good of a deal it is, I'm not going to say it's as good as the Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless that I just recently purchased. It just isn't that good. The G203 is considerably heavier than the Viper Ultimate and I have come to really appreciate a lighter mouse. However, the G203 is solidly built and I'm sure I'll be using the two that I have for several years because they are well built and durable. The DPI sensitivity can be turned up far higher than I would personally ever want (8000 DPI) and I doubt it will be a limiting factor for most people. It has a 1000Hz pooling rate, which is a far higher refresh rate than any monitor I know of and I doubt you really need much more if any at all for the foreseeable future. The shape of the body of the mouse is nice, after using the Viper Ultimate, I do wish the G203 was a bit shorter when measured rising up off the mousepad but seriously a minor gripe. After using the Viper Ultimate, I do wish the backward and forward buttons on the side of the mouse were a bit bigger like the Viper Ultimate but they are workable. The lighting on the mouse is surprisingly pleasing a smooth. From my experience the Logitech G Hub software is well designed at easy to use. I heavily prefer G Hub compared to Razer Synapse. Synapse so often requests log in credentials and it's a rage inducing pain, Logitech in contrast does it the correct way and does not require a log in at all. You just have to install the software and that's it, it works and it doesn't take up too many system resources. The cord of this mouse is a bit heavier than some and less flexible than some but it's not bad. I highly recommend a mouse cord Bungee to go with this mouse, its a great combo if you'd rather not spend the extra coin on a wireless mouse and you can be highly competitive gaming with that set up. I personally use this mouse with the Thermaltake Tt e SPORTS Galeru Bungee on my work machine and it's awesome. I tend not to lug around a bungee in my backpack with my laptop but the G203 is my main laptop mouse and I do well in competitive games without the bungee also. This mouse is an easy recommendation for me, I think it's one of the best investments one can make as a PC gamer. I would guess it's light years better than mice that are included with most if not all prebuilt PC's. As a long time (25+ years) PC builder, enthusiast and gamer it's hard to put into words how impressive this one mouse is in terms of cost to performance ratio, it's a landmark in my mind. It's the minimum and the maximum that I feel like you really need to be a strong competitive gamer, everything else is either that extra icing on the cake or the e-waste that will fill a landfills quickly in coming years. Just my personal guess this mouse could last you 10 years and there wont be a major compelling reason to upgrade outside of weight during that time. A slow transition to all USB-C maybe could happen and that might be a reason to get a new mouse but honestly this one I think will last you a while if you want it to.

Great mouse, very pretty too.
I love this mouse but what surprised me was that a male spontaneously said how pretty it is. They said they thought it was really 'cool.' The mouse lights up around the middle. It isn't glaring or painful and I do have sensitive eyes. If my eyes are particularly sensitive that day, I just even out the lighting in the room, since it shows up more against the dark. The colors go from blue to a pink to a lilac color. The mouse is white. It was easy to plug in. It plugged in to a standard space or slot on the computer. I am not sure what it's called haha but it fit the space for it. It works very well. It glides smoothly. I needed to reboot the computer before it worked, which is normal. The old mouse I had (not this one) barely moved. But after shutting down the computer, and restarting it the next morning (you don't have to wait that long though, to restart your computer), then it recognized the new mouse. The cord or 'mouse tail' I call it, is long enough that even though my computer is on the other side from where I put the mouse, I just tuck it behind the keyboard and it's fine. I'm going to get a little 'hub' to plug it into, so the 'tail' goes backward instead of side to side. Those hubs are cheap, and it's not really necessary. This did not disappoint. It looks very pretty 'in person.' It looks as pictured, or better.

Very solid mouse for picky PC user (but I am not a gamer)
High-quality mouse for general use. I am not a gamer, but wireless mice would sometimes briefly hang/stutter, so I went back to wireless. I have several old ones, but they don't work well without a mouse-pad (they skip around). The G203 works GREAT without a mouse-pad! The feel is good. I like a larger/heavier mouse for my larger hands. While not "heavy", the weight is good and the size is good (some mice feel tiny in my hand). Build quality is very solid. The DPI button is useful: in practice, it is like adjusting "pointer speed" in Windows. I assume if you need ultimate precision, use high DPI and low "pointer speed". No manual in box, but side of box tells you where to get the settings app if you want to change buttons/colors. I toned-down the colors a bit. Looked at many reviews on other mice. Very happy with this pick. Disclaimer: Just got mouse today, but feels solid, and in 40+ years, never had a mouse die on me.

A Good Mouse, But Scroll Wheel Issue at 1.5 Years of Use
This was a good mouse while it lasted. I ordered this mouse in September of 2023 after a double-clicking issue developed in my last mouse, and now it’s March of 2025. The scroll wheel has been acting up and making it difficult to scroll and use—upon searching online this is a common issue regarding wear and tear over time. I’m pretty sure I have had mice whose scroll wheels lasted longer than this, but at least it hasn’t developed a double-clicking issue as of its 1.5 year span of daily use. I still appreciate this mouse so I’m giving it 4 stars, but I am going to try to look for another one because the scroll wheel giving up half-way into its second year of use does not bode well for longevity, thus I’m docking it by 1 star. Still, it’s a decent mouse for the price… But when I think about it I think I’ve had non-gaming mice that lasted longer than this one, so I have mixed feelings.

A MUST Get For A Budget Mouse
If you’re on a budget and looking for a good gaming mouse. Look no further for the price point, durability, sensor of the mouse this is overall a great mouse. Right out of the box it’s great although I would recommend getting some mouse grips as it is a little bit on the slippery side but other than that it’s great. The logic software you can download to adjust your dpi settings is very easy to use. The wire is very light weight if that might be a concern you can always get a mouse bungee if it bothers you that much but for me it’s fine without. I did have this mouse before in black and tried out other mice but went back to this one and can’t see myself using another mouse.

An awesome basic gaming/desktop mouse
Great mouse. I love the rubber scroll wheel, it has grip and it's quiet with good feedback. The top buttons have a solid click but may be too loud for some. Side buttons are well placed with a softer click, nice. Mouse feels good in my medium sized hands (daughter has smaller hands and likes it too) and is very light, maybe too light. RGB lights are bright which I like, although I highly recommend using OpenRGB to change the color scheme and mode, instead of any bloaty software. I Rate it a 4.7, As I feel it could use a bit more weight and the top buttons could be quieter.

(nearly) Perfect
I would honestly give this 4.5 out of 5 stars because it's nearly perfect. As far as function goes... Exactly what I was looking for with Logitech. I had a 25+year old resizable Logitech mouse that's click was finally starting to give out. The click on this is a bit more stiff but that might also be the fact that my old Logitech was so old and worn in. That said, the click is far more responsive than the similar SteelSeries Rival 3 Gen 2 I tried out. Feel in hand... This is so personal.. from hand size, grip type, and other preferences. For me, this mouse is pretty much perfect. I have fairly small hands (If most standard gloves are too big for you, this might be the mouse for you.) I also use a fingertip/claw grip (in pic) - so reach is even shorter than with a full palm grip. til; small hand + claw grip = mouse is perfect size My only minor complaints. - I did try this verse a similar mouse and that design was slightly better on the other one. I find the surrounding grey scroll wheel inset stands out, not in a good way. - The lights are customizable (YAY!) but then hidden under your palm (not yay). The SteelSeries put the lights at the base of the mouse so it disappear under your hand when using the mouse. (Look.... I said my complaints were minor.) Don't like the grey inset like me? You can change it. I got a pinkish semi-transparent vinyl I stuck on (in the pic). The dark grey still comes out strong so I'll probably switch it out with a different vinyl sometime in the future.

A suitable and affordable mouse for somebody on a budget.
Despite some of the problems I have heard reported with this mice, such as a bad sensor or clicking issues I am so far impressed and have had no issues other than the usual problems with Logitech's buggy software. I also purchased this for just under $20 and because it was on back order there was about a 3-week wait to get this thing to my door. The packaging came damaged but that may have happened in the process of being delivered by the postal service. Right now this mouse is going to sit as my replacement for my G303 which I've had close to four years with very few issues except that's worn and maybe some day I'll refurbish/mod it and have as a backup. Until then the G203 is my daily driver for all purposes until I find another alternative and potentially wireless. But again, $15 was hard to pass up and I thought this would be a nice thing to use until I come up with my "endgame" mouse for all purposes including work from home and gaming. One thing that really stands out to me is that this mouse much like the G303 (and even the G302, G305) is that it has that "egg" shape which definitely suits my hand size and grip(s) very well. For reference my hand measures 17cm by 10cm, and my grip is some place between fingertip and claw. An unpopular opinion here but I also do like that the mouse cable is rubber rather than braided because the G303 of mine had been fraying just months into use. Likewise, the material on this mouse differs from the G303 and is not likely to show a shine after putting heavy use into it. It also has decent skates/feet but I would definitely recommend something like hyperglides as a replacement if you want more of a glide on your mousepad. Addressing the elephant in the room - I have heard from places like YouTube and Reddit that this mouse is a downgrade from its relative, the G203 Prodigy as it has a lower-quality sensor and some even report there is an issue with double-clicking. So far a week into use I haven't had any spinning out or weird issues playing games nor do I think there is any double clicking happening. Moreover the past two Logitech mice I owned didn't have any issues with clicks or sensors. As far as complaints go I can't say I'm a big fan of the DPI button and it could definitely be pressed accidentally. Another complaint is that unlike my G303 the wheel feels a little harder to scroll though the texture the scroll wheel has is nice. Finally and not specific to this mouse the Logitech software, both in its current and old forms are buggy and I wish I could change settings without needing the software.

A Vibrant Upgrade That Fits Like a Glove
I'm absolutely loving this mouse! I purchased it to replace two previous ones: the MSI Clutch that came with my MSI Aegis desktop and a spare Acer mouse I had lying around. This new model fits perfectly in my hand, offering a comfortable grip that's ideal for extended use. The vibrant RGB lighting is a standout feature, and the LIGHTSYNC technology seamlessly matches the illumination of my MSI keyboard, creating a cohesive and visually appealing setup. The mouse's responsiveness and ergonomic design make it a joy to use, whether for work or gaming. I'm so impressed with its performance and aesthetics that I'm planning to buy more of this model in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their desktop experience with a reliable and stylish mouse.

Great hardware but buggy software.
The mouse works great in games. The RGB customisations are plenty. But the software G Hub sometimes fails to detect the mouse.
