I broke my right leg earlier in the year. When the cast was removed and I got a medical boot I really needed shoes for my left leg that matched the height of the boot for my right leg. However, I did not want to purchase shoes when I would only need them for two months. Enter these lifts. I was able to pop them into the back of any of my shoes and walk with the medical boot without putting any pressure on my hips (from an imbalanced gait). When I was done using these, they took up little space for storage. The padded cushion was really comfortable. And the only suggestion I would make, is make sure that you have shoes like high top sneakers that come up to at least your ankle (without the lifts) so that you have proper support when using these.

While these worked great for probably 2 weeks, they do eventually squish down to half the size you paid for. Maybe a factor could be weight, but I can't imagine that someone 10 lbs lighter wouldn't experience the same. Also gave me such bad arch pain after a week of continuous wear, I had to call out of my job for 2 days. Again, they work great for like, cosplay, or one night use if you need a quick fix.

These were to make my child a little taller for a ride. (Before everyone gets on a high horse), it was a flying elephant ride that they needed to be 40” and was only 39”. They worked great with high top shoes!.... as long as they didn’t run,lol. But there is absolutely NO softness to them. So I absolutely would not recommend wearing these for walking/comfort

These inserts will compact and change the expected height. I like them because they are comfortable but once you wear them for a week or so, they get shorter. Also, they move around in your shoe, so there is a chance that they will shift while walking.

I got these to use only one in my left shoe to try to correct the difference in my leg lengths from scoliosis. These definitely did the job but they were too uncomfortable to walk in, they sit in the shoe like a block of wood. I may order a shorter version and add a cushioned heel support to help with comfort.

If I could give these 0 stars I would. Save yourself the money and time and don’t buy these. These are rock hard and slip all over the place. Your foot will hang out of your shoe and it’s impossible to walk in.

Funcionan bien al principio pero con el tiempo se van compactando y pierden 1-2cms de altura, también si vas a caminar largas distancias es mejor no usarlas porque cansan mucho. Si las quieres para uso diario normal no causan problema.
