Grip, well built
I like that these have the metal grippy bar, and the bells are spaced out far enough to have a comfortable grip. The rubber is solid, it doesn’t feel like it will “melt” or feel gooey when it’s hot nor will it become damaged easily. My teen and tween sons use these as well. I don’t remember them having an odor at all, just ready to use out of the box.

compact high quality dumbbells
In short these dumbbells have a good quality construction, solid feel to them, hard rubberized weights, metal or steel textured grip. These are pretty good weights for a casual lifter or home gym.

Well worth the price!
I am very pleased with this product. They're made well and worth ordering. I got them for my husband to strengthen his arms. Arrived exactly when I was told it would. Try them, you'll be happy you did.

Great dumbells for smaller hands, big too I syppose
Great dumbell! Exactly what I was looking for. I had bought a previous competitor's set and unfortunately because I have smaller hands I couldn't grip the handle. But with this one it's perfect!

High Quality/Value Dumbells
This set of dumb bells is like a set you find at a gym. Professional looking, easy to grip stainless steel, shaped so they won't/can't roll away. Exactly what I wanted, and glad I got them when I did, looks like they sold out. The rubber had a slight odor, but after a couple days, went completely away. Would buy again.

Good set of dumbbells
Needed hex dumbells that wouldn't roll in order to do Renegade Rows, but also with a grip that wasn't too thick so knuckles weren't touching the floor and not too thin to bear my weight. This set was perfect.
