Good Quality Vitamin
Came as described. Nicely sealed and packaged. They don’t cause any stomach upset as long as they are taken with a meal like the directions say. They don’t really have a taste in my opinion but they are easy to swallow with coffee in the morning.

Best economical multivitamin/mineral supplement.
I have been using NOW Daily Vits for some time and am very satisfied. If you do a comparison with other multivitamin/mineral supplements in the same or slightly higher price range, they are clearly the most complete. The quality is reliable and consistent. The range of minerals exceeds most brands, and this even contains additional ingredients, such as lutein. I also like the fact that it contains a modest dose of chelated iron. From my research, you would have to pay double the price to obtain a product that might be more complete, or perhaps meet a particular personal preference or need. When comparing vitamins and especially mineral supplements, it is very important to note the form in which the ingredient is provided. Chelated minerals, for example, are absorbed many times better than non-chelated forms. NOW has done an excellent job of packing a lot of value in a low price, basic Daily.

Ok I love this brand and this vitamin but when take capsule i felt some pain in my stomach. I take it after dinner. Update: I bought this multivitamins again because this the best in the market and i take tabelt after meals and I feel no pain no anything like last experience! Good so i will keep take this product.

Very Strong smell. Very well Packed by NOW FOODS. This supplement is very effective. After taking 4 -5 hours of this tablets you literally feel hungry. Iron content in this is well and effective. Overall good.

They seem to have all the required things in them but do NOT eat on an empty stomach - I know many say this but these made me feel really sick when taken with a smoothie, i think something more substantive needed. Seem fine with toast / protein etc.

They take about 3-4 weeks to start showing results but it’s one pill a day right. Absolutely more energy and overall health. Love it
