A Joosr Guide to… Mindfulness by Mark Williams and Danny Penman: A Practical Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World Kindle Edition

It is vaguely useful and seems incomplete. It is like an outline or table of contents for other more detailed books from the same publisher. Don't waste your time with this "guide". At least it was cheap - 2.99 on my Kindle, and still was not really worth it.

Delivers exactly what is in the resume. Easy to read - only takes 30 minutes to finish. Summarises key points at the end.A very valuable resource, which I will re read and mane go on to read the full book. Thank-you!
