Great Product
I’m gluten free and use these lentils to make “bread” from a recipe I found on line. The recipe calls for brown or green lentils but these are better.

One down side to this product
This is a wonderful product, except for the fact that half the time they send me urad gota, instead of urad dal. And it's not a returnable product.

Est-ce que lentilles matpe sentent ainsi?
J'ai acheté ce produit pour cuisiner des "dosas", une crêpe méditerranéenne. Ce qui m'a surprise, c'est l'odeur assez forte du contenu. Ce n'est sans doute pas qu'il soit ranci, car la date d'expiration est éloignée dans le temps. J'ai préparé les crêpes et l'odeur particulière a persisté quoique ce soit moins désagréable en bouche que je n'aurais envisagé. Est-ce normal que ce type de lentilles sente aussi fort?
