Sleep after Menopause Hell
Great formulation with all the methyl Bs! None of the copper and iron that give me problems with digestion, sleeplessness or "brain fog." I found this after, menopause hell with sleeplessness. Dr. Of Internal Med recommended changing supplements after MTHFR screen and "Brain Power" Walsh protocol. I combine it with access to circadian light, yellow glasses to filter blue light from screens and Mg threonate. Now I sleep like a rock.

Good Product
I needed to find a multi-vitamin that did not have copper, and I found Nutricology. Service is great; Amazon Prime delivers in a day or two. I will continue to order this product as I need it. As far as whether or not it does anything amazing in my body, all I can say is that I eat well and take supplements to further enhance my wellbeing. I am in excellent health and take no medications at all. I certainly think that the multi-vitamin daily adds to this. So I'll keep doing it.

High Quality Great Multi-Vitamin For Men
A great multi I have taken now for over a year. No stomach upsets or other problems. I believe it helped me not get a cold or the flu last winter! Reasonably priced also!

Inaccurate ingredients
The photos and description on the page does not match what you actually get in the mail. The photos show that the vitamins do not have vitamin k, but the one I received did. Many people actually can not take vitamin k and it’s dangerous to them. I hope the seller fixes this soon. Thanks fully Amazon refunded promptly.

A Good Nutrotional Supplement
I had purchased these pills as a nutritional supplement to a family member who was diagnosed with cancer. There seemed to be no adverse side effects, but there's only so much you can do and expect when that fate befalls you.
