BlackBerry ACC62178001 Sync Pod Nest Priv

This works exactly as its supposed to work. I think the other reviewers did not understand the purpose of this item. It is actually a replacement piece for a Blackberry charging pod. Here is how I used it: I formally had a Blackberry Classic, and I had a charging pod for it. Then I purchased the new Blackberry Priv, which did not fit into the old charging pod. Fortunately, Blackberry makes this simple additional plastic piece, which you can use to replace the same piece in the old charging pod. It works, and it's really cheap. I didn't have to purchase a whole new pod. It even works when my Priv is still in its case! So, if you already own one of the Blackberry charging pods, and if you buy a new Priv, then this piece is the exact right thing for you to buy, rather than having to shell out the money for a new pod. It's great that Blackberry sells these things!

I foolishly thought this was a sync pod WITH A BUILT-IN A USB PORT THAT MY PHONE WOULD PLUG INTO WHEN SEATED. Instead, I got two pieces of plastic that snap together that the Priv can sit in and stand upright. To be fair, the bottom piece is open so I could hold it up and stick a USB cable through the bottom of it into my phone, and sync that way. But if you're expecting an actual sync pod with a built in USB connector that you phone connects to when seated in this overpriced piece of black plastic, you'll be sorely mistaken.

Never could use it. Not worth buying

Added this adaptor to a BlackBerry Sync Pod we already had and now it can easily hold a BlackBerry Priv. Plus it works even with the leather flip case on the Priv, although the front cover of the leather case does not fully close when the phone is in the pod, but that's ok. It mostly closes. It's very quick and easy to remove the previous sync pod phone adaptor and snap on this new one.

No stars for this thing. Gave it one star because it made me. Not worth the money. Don't buy it.

This is just a piece of plastic and not what I thought it was. It won't fit my Blackberry PRIV.

Das Teil ist trotz Weihnachtstage sehr schnell bei mir gewesen und passt hervorragend auf die von mir bereits bestehende Blackberry Passport Ladestation. Einfach das vorhandene Bauteil gegen das neue austauschen, fertig. Einziger Wehmutstropfen, der "Spacer" (das Teil, dass man einsetzt, damit das Priv fest und sicher steht) ist nicht direkt eingebaut und muss selbst gemacht werden. Sobald man verstanden hat, wie das Teil eingesetzt werden muss, ist dies aber innerhalb von 30 Sek. abgeschlossen. Wer eine Tischladestation von BB hat und auf das Priv wechselt kann ohne Sorge hier zuschlagen !

El producto no es malo, pero resulta no es como lo indica en la descripción, es un repuesto para el cargador, es prácticamente plástico

Excellent product - well done Blackberry for not making us buy a whole new sync pod like most manufacturers would! I agree with Pauls comments (Amazon.com) that other reveiwers did not understand the purpose of the item. Who would expect to get a sync pod for less than six quid anyway? Fits perfectly on the sync pod I have for my BB Passport, my Priv fits even with the case on so I am more than happy :)
